Managing the digital display of your coworking space should be as straightforward as managing the space itself. SyncMySign will automatically remove entries when a company has moved out or rename an entry if the company name has changed. However, sometimes some members of your coworking space dont need to appear on this digital sign. They are either just temporary members or free guests you once invited for a day. Either way, you want to remove their entry from the sign. Here"s a simple guide on how to remove their entries from your digital sign using SyncMySign integrated with Cobot.me.

Step 1: Access the Edit Section

Begin by logging into your SyncMySign account. Navigate to the dashboard where you manage your settings and displays. Look for the "Edit" section, which is specifically designed for managing the entries displayed on your digital signage.

Step 2: Locate the Entry to Remove

To remove the entry, you will need to know the Cobot Customer Number of the entry, as each entry corresponds to a member or company listed in your Cobot.me database. Find the entry you wish to remove in your Cobot dashboard. You can search by company name or member name to find the Cobot customer number associated with the entry.

Step 3: Remove the Entry

Insert the Cobot Customer Number of the entry you want to remove in the specified field and click on the "remove" button. The entry will now be removed from the digital entrance sign.
